Meet Our Hosts

Taba Ansari

I am from Tehran, Iran and my passion is art, music & every thing that is related to nature.
I play the DAF, a traditional instrument from Iran.
I started playing it 10 years ago and still learning, as there is no end to mastering it. It is an ancient instrument, which sounds like a drum, in the past, it was used for spiritual dancing and prayer.

I'm want to teach people how to find rhythm in everything using the Daf.
join me in a beautiful sound journey of rhythm discovery at ToLC.

Panita Panita

I am a Traditional Hatha Yoga teacher graduated from the ICYER (International Center of Yoga education and Research, India). There I learned how to combine asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation/concentration to help people release physical, emotional and mental tension from their bodies. My main interest is helping people come back to their center and find joy in the here and now.

Eugenia Sarabalis

I graduated from New York University and have practiced in hospitals, clinics and private practice. I am a member of the European Association for Psychotherapy and also have my own private practice.
Because I experienced tremendous personal growth through the practice if yoga, I decided to also obtain a teaching certification, combining the two together, I believe it can bring us closer to our true self as well as support our physical health. For info or advice please call me on 99844894

I am George Constantinides from Cyprus and I am a masseur and alternative therapist. I study in Neo-Hippocrates School of Natural Therapies in Limassol. I live at Strovolos, Nicosia and I practice Reiki, Pranic Healing, Theta Healing, Metamorphic Technique, Chinese Taoist massage, Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone & Ayurveda Therapy.

Born in Czech into multi-artistic/business family. It was only natural that all those diverse influences eventually fused and found their way to be the heart of anything that I do and venture into nowadays.
My art-style developed over period of years while experimenting with many different mediums and techniques, where eventually mixed media on canvas became my favorite and my style is undeniably rooted in fashion world – the place full of colors, textures, patterns and layers.

I'm Ruta I have been working as Massage and Beauty therapist for over 14 years . I hold NVQ level 3 diploma in Beauty Therapy Massage (UK),A Certificate for Ayurvedic Therapy Training , Reiki 2nd level, Raja Yoga Knowledge Certificate 1st.year. I have a deep trust in our body's ability to heal itself and here to share the techniques and therapies that might help this process.

One of the beautiful things she left behind is Burlesque, that she had studied in Italy for three years and had started to perform at private parties before moving to Cyprus.
She recently performed in Italy at Bologna Burlesque Festival and at Udin Burlesque Festival. She is also a pin-up and in June 2019 she took part to a pin-up contest in Trento.
