Join our weekly Chill Out meditation group. Each Tuesday we will experience a relaxing hour of meditation. We will explore different methods of meditating including guided meditations, chakra meditations, crystal meditations, candle meditation, walking meditation. The group is open to all regardless of their experience. Come along and experience the benefits of meditation including: Relaxation, Improved feelings of mental and emotional well being, lower blood pressure, Improved immunity.
