Every Wednesday at 19:30 (for 60 minutes), straight after OSHO meditation.
Usually, we run on auto-pilot while we take on our daily tasks. By using the true power of meditation, throughout the day, and in every area of our lives, we can learn to be more relaxed and in peace. Meditation is for all hours of the day, not just in quiet, prescheduled moments.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This support group will guide you to understand where your emotions and thoughts are coming from and what they mean. You will access and learn to control your emotions and thoughts throughout your daily life, in your decisions etc. Learn to enjoy the NOW, and do not to allow the past or future to intervene. You will also learn how to handle difficult situations by remaining calm and peaceful inside.
