Weekly OSHO Meditation
On Tuesday and 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 Wednesday, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏8:15-19:0𝟎, we will be providing the opportunity for you to experience four types of Osho meditations, which are:
1. OSHO Kundalini Meditation
2. OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation
3. OSHO Nataraj Meditation
4. OSHO Dynamic Meditation

He emphasized the importance of #meditation, #mindfulness, #love, #celebration, #courage, #creativity, and #humour - qualities that he viewed as being suppressed by adherence to static belief systems, religious tradition, and socialisation.
