On: Friday, 5/7/2019
At: 7.00 - 9.00pm
This workshop will offer an experiential introduction to #Dance Movement Psychotherapy for anyone who is interested in exploring the psychotherapeutic effects of embodiment.
Dance Movement Psychotherapy uses the #body, #movement and dance as a way to #communicate, explore and #express feelings. It is an approach that can help a person explore his/ her inner world and social self, increasing self-awareness and 'decoding' certain feelings and behaviours.
【We look forward to moving with you!】
