Weekly Gentle Yoga
This WEEKLY YOGA CLASS will be taught every Friday at 6-7pm.
A gentle form of Yoga that suits all levels, from beginners to more advanced.
Kiry Bliss, yoga instructor will be teaching Gentle Yoga EVERY OTHER WEEK.
