Communication classes that can be done in a way that relates to kids would be great. Kids need to learn how to communicate with others face to face and in constructive ways.
It's funny, in an age where everything is at our fingertips and life is in the fast lane, we have somehow lost a certain quality of life. This is very true for those of us who have seen both sides of this situation, in the past we might have had less, but we where more active, more sociable and played more with our imaginations. Nowadays, things are different, children have become secluded in technology, their imagination has been replaced with clever apps and physical activity is limited to either school or those few hours a week they have doing some kind of sport. No wonder more and more kids are diagnosed with ADHD and are having problems in at home. To top things up, society in general is not helping the situation either, as a parent, I too am struggling to find good quality activities for my young ones, not to mention something affordable.
What can we offer our children? Something with quality, stimulation and creativity, TOLC is open to all suggestions. Lets get some ideas flowing, we have the location ready, all we need to do is to come up with some bright ideas and start creating a better NOW for our kids.
