Getting to The tree of Life Learning Centre.
Where will my course take place?
Although most courses take place at our premises, we do on occasion hold a few courses on off site as well., If your location states 'off site' please contact the centre for more information. Please note that our classrooms at The Tree of Life can only be accessed via stairs.
Can I park my car at The Tree of Life Learning Centre?
Since we are situated in the heart of Larnaca it is sometimes quite difficult to park your car directly outside the centre. This said there is plently of parking space either opposite or along the street and its side roads. We are sorry but we do not have a disabled parking at present, but we are more than happy to lend a hand if need be.
Is there a secure place for me to store my bike?
Bicycles can be parked securely in the front garden area of the centre. Bikes are left at the owner's risk. Please ensure that your bike is securely locked.
Support and payments
When do I have to pay for my course?
Here at the Tree of Life Centre we want to get any financial obligations out the way as soon as possible so none of us will not have to stress about them later and so you can be free to enjoy your course without having to think about it , for this reason we require that all participants pay all fees before the course is set to begin, this includes both one of and long term courses. The latest anyone can delay is on the day of the course before it starts. This does not include the registration or booking fee. Please note, for anyone who has not paid the course fee admission to the course will not be permitted.
What is a registration fee?
A registration fee is a payment of 5 euro which all participants of monthly courses have to pay, this fee is not applicable to one off course. The fee covers all administration and facility costs. It is a one off payment which lasts till the end of your course, it also offers other benefits, as in priority notification of new courses held and bookings and free coffee and tea.
Do you have membership?
We do not have memebership as in the conventional way, but we do offer a priority pass. This is a service which we offer anyone who is interested in being informed of our course, lectures and workshop before the general public. We offer this service because a lot of the courses we we offer get filled up quick and a lot of people want to be informed earlier. Usually an email or viber message will be sent to to the priority group to inform them of the new course. The membership fee in 15 euro yearly. As a special offer, we are offering this membership free of charge for any participants who complete any of our course till 31st December 2016.
Is there financial help available for tuition fees?
We are sorry but we are not able to provide any sort of financial help for tuition fees, but what we have done is kept the fees at a very low and affordable price for everyone to be able to financially afford our courses.
Can I receive additional support in the classroom?
If you require any additional support during the course please feel free to tell us about it and we will see what we can do. In order to arrange your support in time for your class please contact us as soon as possible and inform us of your request. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide support in every case.
Complaints and Refunds

If I change my mind and want to cancel my admission to a course, will I get a refund?
If you inform us at least a week before the course starts we will be able to refund you the fee or transfer it to another course you would like to do. Please fill out the refunds or transfers form. Click here..
Unfortunately for notices which are given with less than a weeks notice a charge of 20% administration fee will be deducted from the refundable fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Will I get a refund if my course is cancelled?
Yes, although we aim to run all courses as advertised. If we do have to cancel a course, you will receive a refund and a €5,00 voucher as compensation for your disappointment.
Is there anyhere I can buy food and drinks?
The Cypress Kitchen serves light snacks and drinks. (soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea). We also have a water fountain which everyone can use, you might as well drink water, it's free and good for you.
