How do I contact The Tree of Life to give feedback?

At the end of each course a feedback and suggestions form is handed out to all participants, please feel free to write anything you want, he read and take each one very seriously. 

We also keep some of these forms in the reflections room where people can pick one up and fill it out as well. A box is provided to put it in. 

 

Can I transfer from one course to another? 

As long as you give one week notice it is possible to transfer from one course to another.

 

If the course you’re transferring to is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference before we can transfer you.  If your new course is cheaper, we will retain 50% of the difference in fee and return you the other.

Please note that we can only transfer you to a course that has available space.  

 

Will I be able to get a refund if I change my mind?

We will be happy to refund your fees provided you do it at least one week before the course starts.

What if my course is cancelled?

We take great care and good planning to offer quality courses that people will enjoy attending and we try very hard not to cancel any of them. But in the case of a course which for some reason is cancelled we will give you a full refund and a 5euro Tree of Life Centre voucher as compensation for your disappointment.

Please note:  We regret but  in some situations we cannot accept liability for unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control and cause a cancellation., for example, industrial action, public disruptions or severe weather conditions.
